Modules
Tickets
Create ticket panels, route help requests, and choose what happens on close.
Set up Tickets
In Manage Servers, open Tickets and turn the module on. Create up to three panel types. For each type, choose a ticket category, panel channel, and help-team roles. Save your settings, then select Send this panel. Central needs permission to create channels and post in the panel channel.
Customize each panel
Set the panel name, button label and color, embed title, description, color, footer, optional image, and the message shown inside new tickets. Ticket channel names support {user}, {type}, and {id}. Choose Ping on Open roles if the help team should be notified.
Offer multiple ticket types together
In Multi-Panel, choose at least two panel types and a posting channel. Use separate buttons or a dropdown, then save and send the multi-panel. Each type still uses its own help-team roles and ticket category.
Open and work on tickets
Members can press a panel button or use /open ticket type:Support. Help-team members can use /ticket add to invite someone, /ticket note to save a private note, and /ticket notes to read private notes. Use /ticket close in the ticket channel.
Choose what closing does
Transcript and delete: choose a ticket log channel. Central uploads the text transcript there before deleting the ticket channel. If the upload fails, the ticket stays open. Central needs Attach Files in the log channel.
Archive: choose a closed-ticket category and an archive channel name. Central moves and renames the channel instead of deleting it; staff can use /ticket reopen later. A ticket log channel can also receive ticket activity. Set a reopen cooldown from 0 to 1,440 minutes if needed.
