This policy explains what Central uses when you interact with the bot or website, how that information supports its features, and how to request its removal.

Information Central uses
- Discord account and server details: user, server, role, channel, and message IDs; names, avatars, server icons, and member counts where needed for sign-in, permissions, configuration, and the public server directory.
- Content you submit: application answers, suggestions, ticket messages and notes, approved photo submissions, and text entered in bot commands or dashboard settings.
- Moderation and activity records: warnings, actions and reasons, command usage, and messages or message changes when a server enables relevant logging or moderation features.
How it is used
Central uses this information to run selected modules, enforce server settings and permissions, display dashboard information, provide support and status updates, and investigate failures or abuse. Features that post or log information send it to the channels selected by that server's administrators.
Discord sign-in checks which servers you can manage. Your browser stores sign-in details and dashboard drafts until they are cleared. Central uses Discord and its hosting provider to run the service. People with access to a server's selected channels can see submissions and logs posted there. Some pages load Google Fonts, which receives basic website request details.
Retention and deletion
There is no single automatic retention period for saved server settings, moderation history, applications, or other module records. Records can remain while a server uses Central, until removed through an available control or after a verified deletion request, unless retention is required for legal or safety reasons. Discord messages created by Central are also subject to Discord's own storage and server permissions.
To ask what Central holds about you, correct it, or request deletion, use /support in Discord or contact Central support. Include the relevant Discord user and server IDs so the request can be verified. Server administrators can also remove configured content using dashboard controls where provided.
Security and updates
Access to server settings and staff tools is checked against Discord account and server permissions. No online service can guarantee perfect security. We may revise this policy as features change and will update the date on this page.
