Terms of Service
These terms cover the Central Discord bot, dashboard, and public website. Central is an independent service and is not operated by Discord.

Using Central
By inviting Central to a server or using its website and commands, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and Discord's Terms of Service and rules. You must meet Discord's age requirements to use the service.
Server setup
Central runs the features your server enables. Server admins choose where panels and logs go and which roles can use restricted commands. Let members know when your server uses application forms, tickets, moderation logs, or message logging.
Acceptable use
Do not use Central to harass people, collect information you have no right to collect, evade Discord protections, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Do not abuse commands or attempt to interfere with the bot, website, or other servers. We may limit access to protect the service or comply with Discord's rules or applicable law.
Your content and settings
You remain responsible for the messages, application questions, ticket content, images, and other material you submit or configure. You allow Central to process that material to provide the features you choose, including posting it in the Discord channels you configure. Do not submit sensitive information unless the feature requires it and you have a lawful reason to do so.
Availability and changes
Central may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or changes to Discord's services. Do not rely on it as the sole record of moderation or as your only safety control. Features and these terms may change; the current version will be posted here with an updated date.
Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Policy for details about data handling and deletion requests. For help with Central or questions about these terms, run /support in a server where the bot is installed.
