Applications
Build application forms, post panels, and review submissions.
Create an application
In Manage Servers, open Applications and create a form. Give it a name, choose the review channel, and add up to 15 questions. Question text can be up to 240 characters. Answers can be short, paragraph, or a choice from up to 10 preset options. Mark questions required when needed, then save.
Control who can apply
Select up to two Required Applicant Roles; applicants must have both. Blocked Applicant Roles stop members with any selected role from starting the form. Set the application draft timeout in minutes (5 to 120). Applicants answer privately in Discord DMs, so they need to allow Central to message them.
Post an application panel
Create a Discord panel, choose its channel and which application it opens, then save and send it. You can keep up to five application panels. If several applications share a panel, choose buttons or a dropdown. Saved panel channels are independent, so check each one before posting.
Review submissions
New submissions appear in the review channel. Reviewers can accept or deny, with an optional reason. Server managers, configured moderator and admin roles, and the application's review ping roles can review; applicants cannot review their own submissions. Turn on Create Review Thread if staff need a discussion thread for each submission.
Set the outcome
For each application, edit the acceptance DM embed title, body, and color. The text supports {application}, {server}, {user}, {reviewer}, and {reason}. You can grant up to five Accepted Roles, plus configure pending or denied roles. Central must have Manage Roles and sit above roles it grants. If a member blocks DMs, Central reports that the acceptance message could not be delivered.
